Young’s raises £88.4 million

Panmure Gordon was joint bookrunner and joint broker for Young & Co’s Brewery Plc £88.4 million fundraising. Young’s, the premium pub group, will use the proceeds to restart investment in its estate of pubs, strengthen its balance sheet and pursue opportunistic acquisitions. Several new investors were introduced through the placing.
