Panmure Gordon advises Tosca IOM on acquisition of TalkTalk Telecom

Panmure Gordon recently acted as Sole Financial Adviser to Tosca IOM Limited on its acquisition of TalkTalk Telecom Group for an equity value of £1.1bn.

The asset manager Toscafund Asset Management, together with private equity firm Penta Capital, formed Tosca IOM to acquire TalkTalk for 97p per share. TalkTalk was officially delisted from the London Stock Exchange on March 15^th.
