Inland Homes’ fundraising exceeded expectations

Panmure Gordon acted as sole broker and nominated adviser to Inland Homes’ successful £10 million fundraising, which will strengthen its balance sheet, support its sub-contractors and supply chain and provide additional liquidity during the current environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure the company is better positioned when the market returns to normality.

Inland Homes is a leading brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder with a focus on the South and South East of England. The capital raise included participation from the company’s senior management team and directors.

The fundraising was oversubscribed.
