Hutchison MediTech ADS co-managed by Panmure Gordon

Panmure Gordon was a co-manager and part of the joint underwriting syndicate for long-standing corporate client Hutchison China MediTech, which raised US$110 million through a public offering of American Depositary Shares on Nasdaq.

Panmure Gordon was broker to Chi-Med’s IPO on AIM in 2006, which floated with a market capitalisation on admission of £141 million. Since then, the company’s market cap has grown to £2.55 billion.
