Jeremy Cohen joins Panmure Gordon as Senior Advisor
Panmure Gordon is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Cohen as a Senior Advisor to the firm. Jeremy will be aiding the firm in its interactions with professional advisors, boards and executive teams.
Jeremy was CEO for the UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) region of Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, from 2015 to 2021, and was also a member of the Firm’s Global Board and its Global Management Committee. For most of his legal career Jeremy has been a Corporate Partner specialising in M&A and corporate finance. He has acted for a full range of clients, including public companies as well as private and founder- led businesses, undertaking a mix of domestic and cross- border work. He led Dentons’ Corporate team and has been highly ranked in legal directories for mid-market Corporate/M&A for many years.
