Panmure Liberum acts as Sole Bookrunner on $7.2m fundraising for Cirata

Following the Company's equity fundraise in July 2023, a significant amount of progress has been made across all parts of the Group, as the management team has instigated a complete rebuild of the Company. The net proceeds of the capital raising are expected to be used to take business through to cash flow break-even, which the Company aspires to as it exits FY24, underpin all stakeholders', including customers', confidence and to allow the business to capitalise on its potential through investment in sales, marketing and products.
