Toscafund Asset Management

Panmure Gordon recently acted as Sole Financial Adviser to Tosca IOM Limited on its recommended offer for TalkTalk Telecom Group for £1.1bn.

The asset manager Toscafund Asset Management, together with private equity firm Penta Capital, formed Tosca IOM to acquire TalkTalk for 97p per share. TalkTalk was officially delisted from the London Stock Exchange on 15 March.
