Joe joined as Panmure Gordon’s CAO in March 2020. He brings with him over 15 years financial services experience, having spent 11 years at Barclays in various roles across Investment Banking, Wealth, Non-Core and Stockbroker Advisory businesses. Joe is now appointed COO as of October 2021.
