Freddy has spent nearly ten years at Panmure Gordon, having previously worked at Charles Stanley and Seymour Pierce. With over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, ECM and M&A, Freddy leads Panmure Gordon’s healthcare investment banking team. He has led numerous M&A and equity market transactions on both AIM and the Main Market including Class 1 transactions, secondary fundraisings and IPOs, including the IPOs of Arecor, MaxCyte, Kromek, Focusrite and Horizon Discovery. Freddy also led the reverse takeover of Animalcare and recent financings including Diurnal, Scancell and C4X. He also acted as Rule 3 adviser for the sale of Statpro for £190 million.
