With over 18 years’ finance experience, Emma joined Panmure Gordon’s healthcare investment banking team in 2018. Emma qualified as a chartered accountant at Grant Thornton and subsequently worked at NCB Corporate Finance, Daniel Stewart and most recently at Cairn Financial Advisers. Emma has led a variety of transactions, including the £372 million Reverse Takeover by CareTech Holdings of Cambian Group and secondary fundraises for Feedback plc, Diurnal and MaxCyte Inc. Emma holds a BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences (First Class) from Bath University.
