Amrit Mahbubani

Amrit joined Panmure Gordon in May 2022 as Director in Corporate Advisory. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working within EY’s audit practice before joining the EY Capital Markets team. Most recently, Amrit spent 4 years at the FCA Listing Transactions department where he was responsible for oversight of primary market regulatory compliance with the UK Listing Regime (UK Listing Rules) and Prospectus Directive (Prospectus Rules) and the Market Abuse Regulation through review and approval of Circulars and Prospectuses produced by issuers of securities and working with Sponsor firms.
