Sole Bookrunner, broker and nominated adviser to C4X Discovery

Panmure Gordon is delighted to announce that is acted as sole bookrunner, broker and nominated adviser for the £5.7m placing for C4X Discovery Holdings plc. C4XD is a Drug Discovery company combining scientific expertise with Drug Discovery technologies to efficiently deliver medicines, which are developed by partners for the benefit of patients. The net proceeds from the Placing will be used to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet as partnering discussions progress on one of its programmes and provide working capital to continue to develop the Company’s portfolio of early-stage, small molecule programmes.
