Panmure Gordon is delighted to announce that it is acting as Joint Rule 3 Adviser and Joint Financial Adviser to Civitas Social Housing plc on a recommended all-cash offer, by Wellness Unity Limited (a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of CK Asset Holdings Limited), for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the company, of approximately £485m, implemented by way of a takeover offer (Part 28 of the Companies Act).
