Digitalbox PLC appoints Panmure Gordon

Panmure Gordon is pleased to be have been appointed financial adviser and joint corporate broker to Digitalbox PLC. Based in Bath, Digitalbox is a “pure-play” digital media business with the aim of profitable publishing at scale on mobile platforms.

In conjunction with the appointment, Panmure Gordon also worked with the Company to attract a £1.2m investment from Downing LLP and advised on the acquisition of “The Tab”, an online news website covering youth and student culture for UK university students, adding a third brand to Digitalbox’s existing portfolio of “Entertainment Daily” and “The Daily Mash”.
