Lord Soames, a British Conservative Party politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) from 1983 to 2019, was Minister of State for the Armed Forces from 1994 to 1997 in the government of John Major.
Lord Soames has been a Senior Adviser to Panmure Gordon for the past 2 years.
