We have today announced our appointment as Sole Financial Adviser and Corporate Broker to Carclo plc.

Carclo plc is a UK-based global manufacturer, principally of fine tolerance injection moulded plastic parts for the medical, diagnostics, electronics, optics and automotive safety markets. The Company operates through two core divisions: technical plastics and aerospace. Carclo’s manufacturing capabilities excel in the design, procurement and operation of leading-edge automation and vision inspection systems for its manufactured products, enabling the business to support major global customers such as blue-chip biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies such as BD and Roche. The business operates in Europe (UK, France, Czech Republic), USA and Asia (China and India).
