We are delighted to announce that Panmure Gordon acted as Financial Adviser, Nominated Adviser, Broker and Bookrunner to Ebiquity plc on its acquisitions of MediaPath Network and MMi, and the associated equity Placing of £15.0m. The Placing has received significant support from existing shareholders and new blue chip institutional investors.

The acquisitions of MediaPath Network, a Swedish-based multi-national media consultancy and MMi, a US-focused media audit specialist, are expected to create significant value for Ebiquity plc’s shareholders.
