Savannah Energy conducted the fundraise in connection with its acquisition of ExxonMobil and Petronas’ upstream and midstream assets in Chad and Cameroon for total consideration of up to US$700 million. The deal is transformative for Savannah and Panmure Gordon is very pleased to have supported them through this highly successful placing.
